F.A.Q.

       Q.     How do I register a vehicle after 2am?

          A.     You cannot register a vehicle after 2.00am because the By-Law Officers have already left on their patrol. We suggest that if you know you will be asking people back to your house that you register their vehicle in case they are there after 2.00am.

          Q.     Do I have to register a vehicle if they are not staying overnight?

          A.     Yes all vehicles using the visitors parking after 2.00am must be registered even if they are only there for a short time.

          Q.     What do I do if someone parked in my spot?

          A.     You should call your vehicle in for visitors parking giving all your information and the information on the vehicle in your spot. This will not count against your allotted times to use visitors.

          Q.     If I register a vehicle and they do not stay after 2.00am does it go against my allotted time in visitors.

          A.     Yes it does unless you call in before 2.00am and cancel that night.

          Q.     If I have to use visitors for longer than the time we are allowed what do I have to do?

          A.     If you require a longer stay you must call the Property Manager and they will call us to arrange the parking. If you just call in to us you will be ticketed after the allowed time.

          Q.     If I lose my code number where can I get a new one?

          A.     Only the Property Manager can give you a new Code number.
